About me

My name is Joelle Careedy and I’m the owner of Pilates Health and Fitness.

Pilates Health and Fitness is a business that specializes in Pilates based fitness training incorporating TRX classes, the new way for you to get fit whilst having fun.

My Pilates journey began in 2006 after the birth of my third child when I became addicted with this style of fitness, realizing that I could achieve all the benefits of strengthening, toning and a high intensity workout in the space of 60 minutes.

Quick results inspired me to pursue a career in fitness and my passion for all things Pilates. I completed my certificate III & IV in fitness with efitacademy and became a certified Pilates Instructor, TRX Instructor and certified Metabolic Nutritionist.

I’m passionate about encouraging individuals to challenge themselves, push their limits and leave every class feeling a sense of satisfaction, fulfillment and achievement.

Since 2009 I have been assisting people achieve a greater quality of life through health, fitness and weight loss.

I believe living a fulfilled life requires a healthy mind, body and soul. To achieve and maintain this health requires investment towards your biggest asset, you!

Pilates Classes

Fitness Pilates Classes

The mat classes are small groups of no more than 14 people with a high level of instruction with each participant encouraged to work at their own level. There is the use of equipment such as weights and resistance bands and various other small apparatus. As I am not working on individual issues in these sessions, mat pilates is best suited to anyone who is injury free and would like to develop muscle tone, core strength, mobility and flexibility. There are up to 7 of these sessions scheduled during the week.

TRX Classes

MAKE YOUR BODY YOUR MACHINE

TRX classes are a great way to increase your fitness and endurance levels by combining resistance and cardiovascular exercises in structured sequences over 45 minutes.

The TRX is the new revolution for body weight training. If you are looking to tone your legs, thighs, butt, core, shoulders, back or arms, here is your solution.

  • Workout using just your body weight
  • Build lean muscle and burn fat
  • Strengthen your chest and arms
  • Increase flexibility and endurance
  • Develop and maintain a rock-solid core

Metabolic Precision Nutrition Classes (Your 12 week challenge)
