Fitness Pilates Classes
The mat classes are small groups of no more than 14 people with a high level of instruction with each participant encouraged to work at their own level. There is the use of equipment such as weights and resistance bands and various other small apparatus. As I am not working on individual issues in these sessions, mat pilates is best suited to anyone who is injury free and would like to develop muscle tone, core strength, mobility and flexibility. There are up to 7 of these sessions scheduled during the week.

TRX Classes

TRX classes are a great way to increase your fitness and endurance levels by combining resistance and cardiovascular exercises in structured sequences over 45 minutes.
